Planter for Bicycle

Everybody knows that cycling is green and good for the environment. Now you can take your favorite source of photosynthesis along for a bike ride. Colleen Jordan of Atlanta designs petite, wearable containers that she calls “jewelry for green thumbs.” The one above, fabricated of red nylon, measures  2.3 in. tall by 1.4 in. wide and 1 in. deep and attaches to a bicycle seat tube with a yellow elastic nylon cord. Clippings of succulents travel particularly well by bike, according to Jordan, but we can also envision tucking in a few small blooms at the start of a morning commute. To further accessorize on your ride, check out a Jordan’s pretty planter necklaces below!
