Lend Your Voice to NYC Bike Share Planning
The NYC Department of Transportation joins with local community boards and elected officials to host a series of roundtable discussions to help decide how bike share should work and where stations should be located in neighborhoods. Streetsblog this week posted a first-hand account of the Community Board 4 roundtable– capturing the enthusiasm for bike share expressed there as well as the hands-on process (complete with map mark-ups) that participants can expect.

‘Forget love…I’d rather fall in chocolate, is a Valentine’s sentiment from an unknown commenter. He or she would clearly appreciate The City Bakery’s 20th annual Hot Chocolate Festival. Savor a different flavor every day — Vietnamese Cinnamon, On a Peanut Butter Barge Hot Chocolate, Espresso – and remember that cyclists always get 15 percent off at the register.
